I’m done with Halo. I didn’t much care for Halo 3, and I didn’t even bother finishing Halo 3: ODST. I wish Microsoft would just let this franchise die.
From what I have read and understand, it’s supposedly a squad based shooter. That’ll be interesting in it’s own right. I like the look of it more than the other Halo’s though.
2 words: Totally Uninterested. It looks like yet another iteration of “you’re cheif and those are bad aliens. Grab 1 of 5 guns (3 of which suck) and fight through bland repetitive environments”
I mean I’m not TRYING to be a hater, but lets see some originality. Lets see a city like New York being stormed. Lets see massive monuments and actual believable locals. Lets see somewhere where people might ACTUALLY LIVE not some barren waste land of green fields and one room alien “fortresses”
Halo never really had me, but it’s long since lost me, not that it’ll miss me with the thousands of pre-pubescent fan boys to fill in the gap I leave.
I am really looking forward to playing this game. I am playing ODST right now and it is good, and yes I said good;) This trailer however did nothing for me at all. Still can’t wait to play this game though. Fanboys unit!!!!! Now preparing myself for the beating that will follow in the coming posts..lol
After my burn with ODST, I wont be buying anymore HALO series games unless I get the impression that it really is different. I am with Adam and Sven on this one – no on this game….unless its fresh, or half the price which I have no confidence it will be either.

YES loads of Spartans!, and we are back to killing elites and I dont know about anyone else but killing elites is much more fun that brutes.
I am pretty excited for this too, hopefully it makes up for ODST.

What a horrible trailer. Tells us nothing, shows us nothing cool. After they dropped the turd called ODST, I’ve kinda lost interest.
