To prepare for the arrival of Max Payne 3, Microsoft today has released Max Payne and Max Payne 2: The Fall of Max Payne for download as Xbox Originals. Each one is priced at 1200 MS points, or $15 a piece. If you missed these games when they first came out, now’s your chance to experience one of the best action games of the last generation. Pretend like that awful movie with Mark Wahlberg never happened. The story and atmosphere in the games are far superior.

Also, both games can be bought together on Steam for $15 total. Any modern computer from the last two or three years should be able to run them without sweating too much.
