Official Review of the show via ChibiSv3n; This week, despite popular expectation, the entire team returns for episode 101 of the Hardcore Christian Gamers podcast. This week starts off with a series of Will Farrel movie quotes and introductions to replace the now gone though not forgotten “AKA” introductions of episodes past, and though they lack originality, they set the stage for the upcoming audio mayhem. This week the team engages in several gaming “first impressions” set in their typical “gotcha” style of humor where the hosts go out of their way to poke fun at each other for the enjoyment of all who tune in. This week did, however, feature some new elements. First is a new style of audio editing which was cut more aggressively than previously episodes with a style of a sound effect bite followed by an out of context statement which made sense only after the team broke into full conversation. With any luck, this new style will become the standard as it did an excellent job of moving the show forward. The second new feature was an interview with Cameron Jaymes of Jaymes Reunion, a professional musician and self proclaimed gamer. If this episode is an indicator of things to come, then the future looks bright indeed.
