One of the year’s bestselling games is unlocking some of its rewards for everyone this weekend.

On both the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3, beginning this weekend Treyarch will allow anyone to play the co-op zombie mode whether they have completed the single player campaign or not. This is a permanent change due to the popularity of the mode.

Also, at 1 PM EST, Treyarch began a Double XP Weekend, so you can earn those unlockables twice as fast (unless you’re just awful at the game, like I am).
